Repeat prescriptions can be organised for long term treatment. If your doctor has agreed you are eligible to order repeat prescriptions without having an appointment:
Please allow 48 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, for your request to be processed. Any problems please telephone the surgery.
We offer an online service for requesting your repeat medication from the Practice. You will need to register with the Practice for the online service. See below for Registration Form.
This service is available to you if you require long term or regularly repeated courses of medication.
When you access this module a list of your repeat prescription requests will appear on screen.
Simply select the items you require and submit your request. A message will be displayed indicating whether your request has been successful or not. Please note the messages will only be seen and dealt with by the administration staff.
It is imperative that you allow a minimum of 2 working days notice before collecting your medication.
Please note that unless you state otherwise, the collection point for your prescription will be as requested on your Online Services registration form.
If you have arranged for your prescriptions to be posted to you, please allow 5 working days for your request to be processed.
If you have any other medication related queries you should contact the practice on 01224 745800 and we will be happy to deal with your enquiry.
